{"id":89,"date":"2019-04-10T09:51:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T09:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8081\/?p=89"},"modified":"2026-08-31T13:31:26","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T13:31:26","slug":"a-mobile-game-for-the-marketing-launch-of-a-new-vehicle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/implicitdesign.co.za\/?p=89","title":{"rendered":"A mobile game for the marketing launch of a new vehicle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of an Ad campaign for large vehicle company in Europe, our client wanted a simple mobile game that allowed the user to destroy a minibus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We developed the entire project, which was a single JavaScript web page which displayed a wrecking ball and a vehicle. The user could swipe the wrecking ball or shake the phone to smash the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of the low power of mobile phones at the time of this project, it was not possible to use off-the-shelf JavaScript physics engines.
